DMPAC's Company Program is designed for dancers who demonstrate a passion for the performing arts and a commitment to their training. Our inclusive program provides students with comprehensive instruction in multiple dance disciplines while fostering technical excellence, artistic growth, confidence, and teamwork.

Class placements are determined based on a dancer's age, development, technical growth, and individual abilities. To best support each student's progress, DMPAC currently offers seven levels of company training.

Company dancers receive instruction in a variety of dance styles and enjoy numerous performance opportunities throughout the season, including competitions and conventions, a Winter Ballet production, studio showcases, community performances, and summer recital performances.

The Company Program is available to dancers ages 5–18 and is by invitation or audition only.
