

ACRO
Our Acro classes combine the strength, flexibility, balance, and control of gymnastics with the technique and artistry of dance. Dancers develop foundational acrobatic skills in a safe and progressive environment while improving coordination, body awareness, flexibility, and overall athleticism.
Classes focus on proper technique and skill development, with students advancing at their own pace as they build confidence and strength. Acro training is an excellent complement to all styles of dance and helps dancers become stronger, more versatile performers.
Whether learning a cartwheel for the first time or working toward advanced skills, dancers are encouraged to challenge themselves while having fun in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
