We offer classes for pre-school age through adult!

HOW DO YOU JOIN COMPANY PROGRAM/COMPETITION TEAM?

​

Acceptance into the company program/competition team is by invitation only. If you have questions, please contact the studio. 

​

WHAT DOES MY DANCER NEED TO WEAR TO CLASS?

 

Each student is to be properly attired with the following:

           - solid colored leotard (female)

           - shirt and athletic shorts/pants (male) 

           - optional ballet skirt or dance shorts

           - pink or tan dance tights

           - black tap shoes

           - pink ballet shoes (female)

           - black ballet shoes (male)

           - Hip Hop requires tennis shoes

           - leotards not required for hip hop classes

 

We ask that all students with hair long enough to have their hair pulled back in pony tail, braid or bun.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY DRESS CODE?

​

All company students are required to wear all black for class minus the last week of the month. The last week of the month company dancers may wear any color of proper dance attire of their choosing. 

​

Company dancers must ALWAYS wear all black to rehearsal.

​

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE DANCEWEAR?

 

We have a special relationship with Kinney’s Dancewear and recommend you visit their store for your Dancewear needs.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?

 

Payment is made online thru the dance management program we will provide for you. You also can set up auto pay. You can pay online or make semester payments.

 

WHAT PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO MY DANCER?

​

Company members participate in the annual ballet, competition and recitals. All other dancers participate in recital.

 

HOW MANY COMPETITIONS WILL MY COMPANY DANCER ATTEND? 

​

Demi Petite and Petite Company attends one competition. 

All other companies attend four competitions. 

​

MY DANCER WANTS TO DO A SOLO, DUET, TRIO, ETC. CAN THEY DO THAT?

​

Yes, if it is a good fit for your dancer, further questions about specialties can be directed to Ms. Linda Rees.

WHAT ARE EXPECTATIONS FOR ATTENDANCE? 

​

Dancers are expected to be on time, prepared for class and have regular attendance. *Regular attendance is defined as no more than 5 absences per semester* 

​

WHAT FEES ARE INVOLVED WITH THE COMPANY PROGRAM?

​

Besides tuition there will be fees in the following areas; choreography, costume and competition. Occasionally, there may also be a prop fee depending on the dance your child is in.
